About the website
A few notes about the website to enhance your experience viewing it.
Each portfolio can be stepped thru manually (slide by slide) or operated as a slideshow. Clickable controls are found at the bottom of each portfolio page. The scrolling filmstrip on the left of each portfolio can also be clicked away if one wants a larger view of the images (left-most control at page bottoms).
The browser should be enlarged to fit the full size of your monitor. In this way, the website can be viewed at the largest size possible. Images will automatically re-scale to fit the available window, even (and in fact, preferrably) for very large screens.
Portfolios were created with Adobe Lightroom and require Adobe Flash to be viewed. If you are experiencing problems opening them, this is likely the reason why. However, Flash is almost always already installed on most home computers these days that have Explorer, Firefox and Safari browsers, so this should not be an issue for most viewers.
Charles Cramer offers generous information on his site regarding techniques he used for web design. Some of those were used here as well. I also borrowed some ideas from the old web design of William Neill. |
